Assignment 1- past history in English

English is one of my favorite subjects in school because I enjoy reading,writing and learning new vocabulary. My past years of English in high school have been going pretty well. In grade 8 I had Mr.Moffet as an English teacher and we did a lot of good projects in that class, like writing book reports, poems,etc. In grade 9 I had Ms. Yahn for English and I found it okay for me because it got to a little higher level. I find writing essays a little tough and that's one thing I want to improve on in English 10. I look forward to this year and I hope I learn some new vocabulary throughout this year in English 10:)

    Writing essays isn't that hard... the tricky part is learning to think clearly and critically so the writing is more effective. :) We will practice this year for sure.

    I'm sure you'll get the hang of writing essays, you will improve more and more. I want to be good at writing essays too.
